Operations, CRM & Customer Support Specialist
I help remote businesses stay organized and responsive — combining hands-on operations experience with CRM and workflow automation skills.
Hello, I'm Tejiri — an early-career Operations, CRM & Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant based in Abuja, Nigeria, actively looking for remote opportunities.
My background is in business operations, logistics coordination, and administrative support, where I've spent 3+ years keeping day-to-day work organized and customers informed. Alongside that, I've built independent, self-directed projects in HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ClickUp, Trello, and Zapier to develop and demonstrate CRM, support, and automation skills I didn't yet have a professional role to practice in.
I'm honest about where I am: I don't yet have paid CRM or customer support experience — what I have is real operations experience, a track record of reliability, and hands-on projects that show I can pick up support and CRM tools quickly and use them well. I'm ready to bring that combination to a remote team.
Reliable operations aren't flashy — they're the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
Real, paid roles — the operational foundation everything else on this page builds on.
The day-to-day capabilities I bring to operations, CRM, and customer support work.
Hands-on projects built to develop and demonstrate CRM, support, and automation skills.
A business needed a clear view of active deals — what stage each was in, how much revenue was on the line, and what needed follow-up.
HubSpot CRM
Set up a 4-stage sales pipeline (Appointment Scheduled → Qualified to Buy → Decision Maker Bought-In → Contract Sent), tracking deal value and weighted amounts at each stage.
CRM pipeline management, deal tracking, sales process organization
A customer reported receiving the wrong item and requested a refund, flagged as high priority.
Freshdesk
Categorized the ticket by sentiment and priority, added an internal escalation note, and prepared a response within the support workflow.
Ticket triage, prioritization, customer support workflows
Support tickets needed to reach the right team fast, with urgent issues escalated automatically instead of relying on manual sorting.
Zapier, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Slack, ClickUp
Built a multi-step Zap: new Freshdesk ticket creates a HubSpot contact, splits by urgency (Normal / High / Urgent), notifies the matching Slack channel, and creates a ClickUp follow-up task.
Cross-platform automation, workflow design, priority routing logic
A customer's order was delayed and they needed a clear, reassuring update rather than a generic auto-reply.
Freshdesk
Wrote and sent a direct reply acknowledging the delay, explaining next steps, and setting an honest timeline for resolution.
Written customer communication, tone, expectation-setting
Repetitive ticket types (refunds, login issues, technical bugs) were being triaged manually, slowing down response times.
Freshdesk (native Automation Rules)
Built conditional rules that auto-set priority and tags for billing requests, auto-escalate login issues, and auto-route technical tickets to the right group.
Rule-based automation, conditional logic, support operations
A team wanted to target follow-up outreach at leads who were both actively engaged and flagged for support attention.
HubSpot CRM
Built a filtered contact segment combining Lead Status (In Progress) and Support Priority (Medium) to isolate the right audience.
CRM segmentation, audience filtering, list building
A client workflow board needed less manual upkeep — cards were being moved and tagged by hand every time status changed.
Trello (Butler automation)
Built rules so completed cards are automatically tagged and linked, and new client cards automatically get a team member assigned.
No-code automation, board management, process efficiency
Client work needed a single, visual home — from first contact through delivery — instead of being tracked across scattered notes.
Trello
Built a 5-stage board (New Client → Onboarding → In Progress → Review/Approval → Completed) to track each client's progress end to end.
Project/task management, workflow structuring, client tracking
Incoming requests needed consistent prioritization without someone manually reviewing and re-ranking every task.
ClickUp (native Automations + AI)
Built automations that use AI to auto-set task priority on update, and auto-create a subtask when a request is marked approved.
AI-assisted automation, task management, process design
Credentials backing up the skills above.
Actively building on what's here — this page will keep growing.
Strengths that don't show up in a tool logo, but show up in the work.
Have operations, CRM, or support work that needs a steady, process-driven hand? I'd love to hear about it.
